Public Access Trails Hawaii
PATH is a 501(c)(3) Hawai‘i nonprofit organization dedicated to research, education, and advocacy to ensure open public access to public land while respecting the rights of private landowners. Locating and surveying those public lands is often an integral part of the process. PATH has engaged local surveying and drone/UAS professionals to assist with locating public lands and to provide expert testimony at trial regarding their findings, most notably the Haleakalā Trail on Maui. PATH maintains publicly available records of its survey and drone results and findings in the Archives section of its website.

Founded in 1963, Sam O. Hirota, Inc. (SOH) celebrate more than 50 years of engineering, surveying, and imaging services to Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. SOH is involved with exciting, emerging technologies and would like to interview those comfortable working with cutting-edge, as well as traditional hardware and software.
