Aloha Vendors!
The Hawaii Land Surveyors Association will once again be presenting its annual conference for our members throughout the State of Hawaii to be held at the PEARL AT KALAUAO on March 11 & 12, 2026. Please see the attached layout for the Exhibit booths. Because of possible space and exposure considerations, we are limited to a number of 10 vendors to participate on a first come, first serve basis. All vendor tables come with extension cord/strip for electrical power. If there are special power requirements for any equipment, please let us know at the earliest convenience so we may provide the request to the venue. Please note this may incur additional charges. WiFi will be provided on a limited basis (see vendor guidelines). Those who submit their registration forms paid in full will have first choice as to where they would like to be situated in the foyer. All participating Vendors must present $50 in door prizes to be awarded on the conference day. Please present your door prize to any of the board of directors on March 12, Friday, before 4pm.

(Each Vendor Registation comes with 1 table and 2-booth sitters for the entire conference. Please be advised that any additional booth sitter(s) will be charged $100 each day. For more information please contact [email protected].
